UG CLAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
- General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI Categories: Candidates must obtain at least 45% marks or an equivalent grade in their 10+2 or equivalent examination.
- SC/ST Categories: Candidates need at least 40% marks or an equivalent grade in their 10+2 or equivalent examination.
- Candidates who are scheduled to complete their qualifying examination in March/April 2024 are also eligible to take CLAT 2025. However, they must provide proof of passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission; otherwise, they will forfeit their eligibility for admission.
PG CLAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
- General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI Categories: Candidates must have an LL.B. degree or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks or its equivalent grade.
- SC/ST Categories: Candidates should have at least 45% marks or an equivalent grade in their LL.B. degree or equivalent examination.
- Candidates appearing for their qualifying examination in April/May 2023 are also eligible to apply.
